BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENTS
A booking fee of £300 is charged (non-refundable) on signing of this contract. This fee is deducted from the total package price of £1,750 which includes a pre-wedding shoot, meeting at the venue before the wedding, full day attendance with 2 photographers, from the Bride’s preparations until the first dance, all images shown at viewing on disc, either a luxury Jorgensen Album or Digital Album including 50 images with full digital editing and 6 months’ online hosting of all images. The balance of £1,450 is due 21 days prior to the Wedding Day. Payment for additional photographs, if any, is to be made when ordered at a later date. Refreshment is to be provided for the photographers on the day.

LICENCE
Sorcha Holloway Photography is to be granted artistic licence with respect to poses, backgrounds and locations used. Every effort will be made to satisfy the wishes of the client after discussion with them, accommodating all the photographic shots required. However, in instances where bad weather, non-participation of guests, bride, groom or associated parties, or any other circumstance at the event, the best judgement of Sorcha Holloway Photography shall be made. If, for any reason, Sorcha Holloway Photography experiences a lack of co-operation from the Bride, Groom or associated parties and photographs are unable to be taken to Sorcha Holloway Photography’s instructions, Sorcha Holloway Photography cannot be held liable.

The photographs are sized according to package/album requirements. The photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance, but we cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially manmade fibre, it is sometimes impossible to record on film the exact colour of materials seen by the human eye.

COPYRIGHT
Under the 1988 Copyright Designs and Patents Act, the copyright of all photographs belong to the Photographer and Sorcha Holloway Photography. In this instance, Sorcha Holloway Photography permits the sharing of copyright by the clients, for their personal use only. However, Sorcha Holloway Photography cannot be held responsible for poor quality reproduction of these images by the client or their representative. Any use of the photographs for publication purposes by the client shall require the permission of Sorcha Holloway Photography. Sorcha Holloway Photography has the right to use any photographs under this Contract for Display, Publication or Competition.

CANCELLATIONS
The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the wedding at any time. Cancellations of any wedding within 26 weeks of the Wedding date will result in the client being liable to pay 50% of the package fee booked. Cancellation of any wedding within 12 weeks of the Wedding date will result in the client being liable to pay the full amount of the package fee booked. The said sum is payable as compensation of lost bookings and other losses Sorcha Holloway Photography may suffer. In the event of Sorcha Holloway Photography taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed date a full unconditional refund of your deposit and monies paid shall be made.

OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES
In extenuating circumstances, e.g. death, personal injury or sickness of the Photographer (this list is not exhaustive), Sorcha Holloway Photography reserves the right to seek to find a replacement photographer to undertake the contract. If this should prove unsuccessful, Sorcha Holloway Photography’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Sorcha Holloway Photography cannot be held responsible for the breach of this contract by circumstances beyond their control. These circumstances include but are not limited to: lack of access to the venue, Church/Reception venue becoming unavailable, weather conditions preventing travel, etc.

Please note that refreshment is to be provided for both photographers on the day, in view of the full day attendance.
